Custom coated counter tops!
My client for this project wanted to mimic white and black marble but with a custom flair! (: i use apoxy resin and colored pigments to achieve the desired look and a beautiful glass like finish. I can do any style in any color combos you dream of as well as imbedding real plants, stone, pictures, stencils, hand painted art, and more!
Custom built LED color changing heated fireplace insert!
My client for this project dreamed of having a fireplace in his finished basement to add elegance as well as comfort. I made his dream come true! Complete with remote capability, cozy nights, and evening luster. He is now a happy camper. Has not left his basement since! (;
Custom built remote LED lighted mudroom masterpiece!
My client for this job was in need of a functional space that both delivered seating and storage. We blew him away when we took it a step further and incorporated the flooring into the seating area and added color changing LED remote lighting. That is now the only entrance he uses into his home! (:
Hand made live edge and epoxy resin river vanity top!
I milled this live edge slab myself out of a giant ash tree log! I then hand routed the river into the wood and added rock as well as pearlescent blue epoxy resin complete with white swirls for realistic flowing water. I topped the rest of the piece with a deep pearlescent white with silver flakes and brought out the beetle boroughs along the front edge with white paint, sanded in down, then added golden oak stain and topped it with clear epoxy resin. With the trim i chizzled a waterfall fall and matched the edges with the same technique to show off the natural markings from the beetles and completed it all with a beautiful artisan sink! (: every time she enters the bathroom now, she does not come out! (:
drywall & insulation fixes and installations!!
Our client for this major fix was awakin in the middle of the night to a big crash at the foot of their bed! The roof had leaked and built up in the ceiling of their bedroom causing a huge swell in the insulation and drywall which then blew open while they were asleep. We came in and replaced the insulation and drywall then feathered it in to profection! Lets just say their is now no need for a paddle boat (:
Shutter renewal and refinishing!
For this client we removed all of the shutters in front of their home and removed all of the plastic pins that were barely hding them in place. We also removed bees nests, birds nests, and all sorts of debris. We then cleaned the shutters really well and made sure there were no cracks or anything to cause any further issues. We painted them with a brilliant vibrant maroon 2 coats and replaced them with new exterior metal hardware to ensure they last for years to come. What a difference some color can truly make (:
Deck refinishing and refurbishing!
My client for this project was having water issues in his basement coming from under the deck which was also worn and had loose boards and starting to turn black from mold growth. We pulled up all of the decking and found numerous points of entry into his basement. We also noticed his irragation pipe disconnected as well as installed the wrong way from a previous company. We filled in the points of entry and coated the upper portion of the foundation with tar and rubber. We then dropped in a perforated pipe along the foundation leading away from his home and tied it into the irragation pipe we had descovered earlier. We then fixed that pipe and installed custom made gutters also pitching the water from under the deck away from the home during times of rain. After all that we reinstalled the decking, powerwashed everything back to life and finished it with 2 fresh coats of cedarwood stain and seal. Home owner since has added his outdoor furnature and can finally enjoy the great outdoors. (:
Hot water heater fixing and replacement!
My client for this installation was surprised to find a leak coming from the hot water pipe connection to the hot water heater. I found the old unit was rusted out including the electrical connections sitting in standing water which is absolutely dangerous and cause for concern therefore no longer capable of operating properly. I shut the unit down and replaced it with a new more stable and effective unit complete with a expansion tank. I also cleaned and replaced the corroding pipes leading to the unit and adjusted the onboard thermostats. They now have plenty of hot water and plenty of worry free showers!
Life proof vinyl flooring installation!
Our client for this project had 2 old layers of lenoleum that had buckled one underneath another causing numerous soft spots, creaks, and cracks. We removed both layers as well as the luan under those layers right down to the subfloor. We drove in new fasteners to tighten up the subfloor and rid of the squeaks and creaks and installed the lifeproof tongue and froove vinyl flooring. What a change! Another very happy customer!!(:
Rubber coating, silver coating, flashing, and wayer proofing repairs!!
For this project we resealed all of the cracked joints with a liquid rubber membrane and spread 2 coats across the roof/deck to keep water from creating another entrance into the home.
Big bay window replacement and giant bees nest removal!!
This project was a unique challenge, only because in the top of the bay window roof line was a 2 foot high by 4 foot long giant yellow jacket nest! It was definitely a challenge but i loved every minute of it as i do with any challenges i face, i will always push forward with flying colors its what i live by (: It took us 3 days to remove the bees along with the bay window but we made it happen! We then framed the space to compensate for the new windows as well as insulation, drywall, new exterior plywood, and topped it with tyvek to keep out the elements. We then found a perfect match to the original siding and completed it all with flying colors. The client and his wife are now super happy and enjoying the new view and a bee free home for years to come(:
Full bathroom remodel!!
Our client for this project contacted us because a previous contractor took off after ripping everything out and the only thing left was a huge mess, unfinished drywall, debris everywhere, a shower with no fixtures or drain connections, no toilet, no flooring, no lighting, and no vanity or sink. We gladly took the time to rush over and help them esp because the client has health issues which takes alot out of him when going up stairs and is a. Huge health risk! Within a week and 2 days we has that bathroom fully finished and fully operational. God and jesus work in many beautiful ways and i can most definitely say we were sent there for a reason. Im glad we finished it in just the right amount of time to save them even more pain and discomfort. God bless to that family ✝
